2. Services

JarviSourcing provides China sourcing, procurement, quality inspection, private labeling, dropshipping, and shipping services. All services are subject to separate agreements and quotations provided to clients.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to material costs, exchange rates, or factory adjustments. JarviSourcing will notify clients of any price changes before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed in individual quotations. Typically, a 30% deposit is required before production, with the balance due before shipment. We accept T/T, PayPal, Wise, and USDT.

5. Quality and Returns

We perform 1-by-1 quality inspection on all products. If defective items are found, we offer compensation or replacement as per our quality guarantee policy. Claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving goods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of JarviSourcing. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

JarviSourcing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong.
